A full month’s fee is applicable regardless of start date or usage.
July and August are not charged.
Fee Deadlines:
- Term 1 Fee: Due before 20 August
- Term 2 Fee: Due before 15 December

Full term fee must be paid in advance. No partial payments are accepted.
Invoices once issued must be paid in full. Any changes (cancellation/modification/addition) must be communicated in writing via email before the start of the applicable month.
Refunds: 100% refunds are provided for unused months only, subject to a written request submitted before the start of the month (e.g., for January, request must be made in December).
