🟦 Payment & Refund Policy

  1. Full term fee must be paid in advance. No partial payments are accepted.
  2. Invoices once issued must be paid in full. Any changes (cancellation/modification/addition) must be communicated in writing via email before the start of the applicable month.
  3. Refunds: 100% refunds are provided for unused months only, subject to a written request submitted before the start of the month (e.g., for January, request must be made in December).
