All students will be picked up from the front gate of their building or villa, provided the location is safe and not time-consuming.
Students living in areas with narrow lanes or dead-end roads must walk to a designated pick-up point assigned by the contractor.
Students should be ready at their designated pick-up point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
Buses will wait a maximum of 2 minutes at each pick-up and drop-off point. The bus will not return for late arrivals.
A responsible adult must be present to receive students aged 12 years or younger. If no one is available, the child will be returned to school, and parents will need to collect them from there.
Students will only be dropped at their designated home address and school. Requests for alternative drop-off points or to accompany friends will not be entertained.
Arab Falcon reserves the right to alter bus timings to accommodate new students or improve route efficiency. THE FIRST PICK UP WILL NOT NECESSARILY BE THE FIRST TO BE DROPPED OFF.
The bus company has the right to alter routes, move students from one route to another, or change the designated pick-up time after giving due notice of less than one week to affected students. **This will be subject to monitoring by the school.
In case of a change in residence, the transport service will be provided SUBJECT TO AVAILABLE seats on the new route and at appropriate cost.
🔹 Bus Service Operation
Buses are clearly marked with route numbers and managed by assigned transport coordinators.
Each bus is accompanied by a trained and RTA certified female bus attendant.
Parents are not allowed to ride on school buses under any circumstances.
Missed call alerts will be given 5–10 minutes before the bus arrives to notify parents of its approach.
🔹 Safety Protocols
Students must remain seated and wear their seat belts throughout the journey.
Eating or drinking (except water) and playing loud music are strictly prohibited on the bus.
Disruptive behavior or any action that distracts the driver or attendant will not be tolerated.
Student behavior is monitored at all times. Any incidents posing a health, safety, or safeguarding risk will be reported to the school. In cases of repeated misconduct (after two complaints), the student may be suspended from using the bus service. Please note that transport fees will not be refunded in such cases.
Ifstudent is found to have caused damage to the bus or the property or belongings of a fellow student then, the parent(s) will be required to compensate adequately for the repair or replacement of the damaged item. The bus company will provide an incident report along with an invoice to be settled.
🔹 Communication & Contact
For any concerns or requests (route/timing changes, absence notifications, location change etc.), please contact your assigned transport coordinator and not the driver or attendant. Parents must notify the school and bus company in writing of their desire to change to a different bus route at least two weeks in advance.
Absences should be communicated to the bus helper or coordinator during working hours. Always ensure confirmation of the message is received.
All route or timing change requests must be submitted in writing.
Please ensure your emergency contact details are up to date with both the school and the transport team.
