All students will be picked up from the front gate of their building or villa, provided the location is safe and easily accessible.
Students living in areas with narrow lanes or dead-end roads must walk to a designated pick-up point assigned by the transport coordinator.
Students should be ready at their designated pick-up point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
Buses will wait a maximum of 2 minutes at each pick-up and drop-off point. The bus will not return for late arrivals.
An authorized parent/guardian must be present to receive students aged 12 years or younger. If no one is available, the child will return to school, and parents will need to collect them from school.
Students will only be dropped at their designated home address and school. Requests for alternative drop-off points or to accompany friends are not permitted.
🔹 Bus Service Operation
Buses are clearly marked with bus numbers and managed by assigned transport coordinators.
Each bus is accompanied by a trained female bus attendant.
Parents are not allowed to ride on school buses under any circumstances.
Missed call alerts will be given 5–10 minutes before the bus arrives to notify parents of its arrival.
Students participating in Bloom Enrichment Learning Activities (BELAs) may have changes in their transport schedule. Please inform the coordinator in such cases.
🔹 Safety Protocols
Students must remain seated and wear their seat belts throughout the journey.
Eating or drinking is strictly prohibited on the bus.
Disruptive behavior or any action that distracts the driver or attendant will not be tolerated.
Student behavior is monitored at all times. Any incidents posing a health, safety, or safeguarding risk will be reported to the school. In cases of repeated misconduct (after two complaints), the student may be suspended from using the bus service. Please note that transport fees will not be refunded in such cases.
🔹 Communication & Contact
For any concerns or requests (route/timing changes, absence notifications, etc.), please contact your assigned transport coordinator and not the driver or attendant.
Absences should be communicated to the bus helper or coordinator during working hours. Always ensure confirmation of the message is received.
All route or timing change requests must be submitted in writing.
Please ensure your emergency contact details are up to date with both the school and the transport team.
