All students will be picked up from the front gate of their building or villa, provided the location is safe and not time-consuming.
Students living in areas with narrow lanes or dead-end roads must walk to a designated pick-up point assigned by the contractor.
Students should be ready at their designated pick-up point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
Buses will wait a maximum of 2 minutes at each pick-up and drop-off point. The bus will not return for late arrivals.
A responsible adult must be present to receive students aged 12 years or younger. If no one is available, the child will be returned to school, and parents will need to collect them from there.
Students will only be dropped at their designated home address and school. Requests for alternative drop-off points or to accompany friends will not be entertained.
🔹 Bus Service Operation
Buses are clearly marked with bus numbers and managed by assigned transport coordinator.
Each bus is accompanied by a trained female bus attendant.
Parents are not allowed to ride on school buses under any circumstances.
Missed call alerts will be given 5–10 minutes before the bus arrives to notify parents of its approach.
Students participating in Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs) may have changes in their transport schedule. Please inform the coordinator in such cases.
🔹 Safety Protocols
Students must remain seated and wear their seat belts throughout the journey.
Eating or drinking is strictly prohibited on the bus.
Disruptive behavior or any action that distracts the driver or attendant will not be tolerated.
If a student misbehaves by causing the delay of the bus leaving the school on time or during the bus journey violates safety rules thus endangering themselves / and or others on the bus, it will be reported to the school. After three written complaints, the student may have the bus service withdrawn. Fees will not be refunded in such cases.
🔹 Communication & Contact
For any concerns or requests (route/timing changes, absence notifications, etc.), please contact your assigned transport coordinator and not the driver or attendant.
Absences should be communicated to the bus helper or coordinator during working hours. Always ensure confirmation of the message is received.
All route or timing change requests must be submitted in writing.
Please ensure your emergency contact details are up to date with both the school and the transport team.
